There are a few reasons why you may not be able to pay into your ISA:

•No funds have been deposited into the account for one or more tax years. In order to deposit funds, you are required to complete a Break Between Subscription Form. The form is a requirement of HM Revenue and Customs and we are unable to accept funds into the account without a completed form.
•The amount you have sent us exceeds your remaining ISA allowance for the current tax year.
•You have subscribed into more than one ISA in the current tax year

If you have an online ISA you can make your new declaration online. You will need to:
• Login and choose your ISA account
• Select 'new declaration'
• Complete the online form
